Water Coolers provide an alternate means for fresh bottled water in a home or office environment. They require no external plumbing and are portable, providing a fresh source of drinking water wherever required. The most familiar water cooler system is our Bottled Water Dispenser Unit. It consists of a stand holding a 13-litre or 19-litre bottle of Galway Water. A small silent refrigerated unit is housed in the stand and it cools the water, offering the choice of drinking water at a cold temperature or room temperature.

Professional Sanitisation Service
To ensure the highest hygiene and safety standards are consistently maintained at each cooler location, Galway Water undertakes to provide you with a 13/26 week fixed interval cooler sanitisation service based on cooler utilisation.
All sites will be called on by trained personnel. Our water units feature a removable reservoir to facilitate the sanitisation procedure. Trained staff simply extract and replace the existing reservoir with a fresh reservoir that has been sanitised in a controlled environment off site.
The entire reservoir lifts out and can be replaced with a pre-sanitised reservoir in a matter of minutes. This procedure reduces the amount of time required on-site by our sanitisation personnel, thereby ensuring the minimum inconvenience to your office routine.

Galway Water Cooler customers are visited by our delivery personnel on a scheduled weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis depending on your requirements and level of usage.

During each scheduled visit, we rotate bottle stock, replenish empty water cooler bottles, supply additional disposable cups if required, and inspect the water cooler unit to ensure its correct operation.
